Broker's Comments

The Channel Island 22 is a well designed, solidly built pocket motor cruiser, often compared to the Seaward 23 as an older but far less expensive alternative. They are thought to be great sea boats, riding very much Nelson style but can also suit inland waterways perfectly

The layout above deck is safe and uncluttered allowing you to access the foredeck easily. The cockpit is spacious and useable with or without her full enclosure. The twin engine version gives aft facing seating either side and clear passage below, between there is ample storage beneath the bench seat aft. She has had bathing platforms added with Weaver davits to enable easy boarding over the transom

Down below she is versatile. Forward the berths convert from singles to a double or seating for dining. The simple galley is functional and she has a separate heads making her suitable for weekending. Again there is plenty of storage beneath the berths below.

She's a nice example of a well liked design and is well looked after, having the benefit of berthing at home. The added bonus is a nice Indespension road trailer which is included in the sale if required
