Broker's Comments

The Phantom 40 is a sought after boat and this example demonstates why. This boat has been maintained to a high standard and presents very well. The boat has spacioius, open and comfortable accommodation, with plenty of room for entartaining and also cruising and spending time aboard in privacy. The mechanical and navigation systems are well specified, with a record of engine servicing and upkeep. There are numerous creature comforts to support a sophisticated cruising experience, including air conditioning, cabin heating, fridges with freezers, en-suite heads with showers and two separate cabins. Handling is made easier with both the twin engines and also a powerful bow thruster and the two engines provide plenty of power for when it is needed. There is also plenty of stowage throughout the boat for domestic items and wardrobe space in the cabins. This is a sophisticated combination of luxury and mechanical systems, suitable for a range of uses, including family sailing, extending cruising and also as a floating social platform. This boat has much to offer and is essential viewing for anybody looking for a vessel of this type. With its recent engine servicing and history of good upkeep, this boat looks ready to go for the season.
