Broker's Comments

This stunning example of a Vancouver 34 Pilot has had lots of love lavished on her and she has been maintained and upgraded with no expense spared.

Whilst the list below details what the current owners have done in the last couple of years, she really must be seen to be appreciated.

Resplendent in red, she stands out from the crowd and any future owner would know that they will be the envy of all around. The following work has been undertaken by the current owners:
New engine -Beta 35hp (2022)
New feather stream folding propeller
New mainsail (2021)
New B&G instruments 2021
New cockpit tent sail cover and spray hood 2022
New standing rigging 2022
New running rigging 2022
New stainless bowsprit for asymmetric
New anchor and stainless roller and fitting to match
bowsprit
Electric primary winches
Additional secondary winches
Solar arch and solar panels and regulator
Dinghy Davit system fitted to solar arch
New upholstery
New sanitation hoses
New holding tank
Fuel system pressure tested
Remove and Refit of all windows in pilot house and fit with new stainless frames
Bilge cleaned and repainted through out and sump serviced
Cockpit shower
New stainless and teak bathing platform
Anchor wash

She has a main (and old spare), Yankee and stay sail and cruising asymmetric/chute included.

Parasailor sail is available by separate negotiation.
Ocean safety emergency drogue available separately.

She also comes with her own cradle as and when she is out of the water (currently in Norwich and would require collection by the buyer), and when not in use, she has a full winter cover.
