Broker's Comments

Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this unique Otarie Class steel motor yacht for sale.

With plenty of space outside and in, it provides an opportunity for both living on board and for extensive cruising. From the history, and as detailed in the listing, we can see that this boat has benefited from extensive investment and is just now in need of some exterior painting.

The forward decks are wide and provide plenty of working space. With the addition of a wheelhouse creating an extension the the living space and all round views and protection from the weather.

The interior is spacious, with over 6' headroom throughout and provides 8 berths in 2 separate cabins, along with a double dinette, double berth in the saloon and a separate galley and 2 heads. This boat also benefits from diesel heating and a separate diesel stove providing plenty of warmth throughout. The separate aft cabin also provides 2 large single berths.

The vessel is powered by engines the owner reports to be reliable, providing plenty of power with the benefit of being keel cooled and they seem to have been maintained during this, and the previous ownership. It would make an ideal liveaboard or cruising platform.

If you would like any further information, or to organise a personal viewing, then please contact our office and one of the team will be pleased to help.
