Broker's Comments

Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to present this lovely 57ft Trad Stern Narrowboat built by Bridgewater Boats in 2001 which was professionally repainted and blacked 18 months ago.

She has had two owners from new and is well fitted out with pretty well everything you need.

She could do with a polish to bring back that lovely shine and her engine bay could do with a rub down and repainting.

As you enter from the stern you have all the cockpit instruments, electrics panels, 4kW Inverter, batteries and the washing machine. Next is the double cabin which feels quite roomy and has a double wardrobe, underbed storage and a good size radiator. There is a privacy door leading to the walkthrough shower room, with shower cubicle, cassette toilet with spare cassette, fitted corner unit with basin and an airing cupboard.

Next you arrive in the well appointed galley with plenty of storage units and worktop space, a full size gas cooker, microwave, 12V fridge with small freezer, stainless steel sink and the duck hatch looking out onto the water.

There is a fold away table with 4 chairs and then you have the saloon with a small bed settee that sleeps one, a matching armchair, radiator, Morso heating stove, plenty of built in cupboard space, TV and access out into the cratch area. There is under gunnel mood LED lighting down boat sides of the saloon.
