There is no holding tank. The boat presently has a Porta Potti but that could easily be replaced with a cassette or composting toilet!
The boat has 4 duck hatches 2 forward and 2 in the engine/workshop room
There are plenty of electrical sockets throughout the boat and there are 3 radiators that run off the engine as well as the heating stove.

Broker's Comments

This is a May 2019 bespoke build from XR&D Boat Builders. Built to a more traditional design with the sloping sides in the front section.

The boat is part completed and requires some internal finishing which is obvious from the pictures. The topsides will require stripping back and a new paint job. The hull was 2 Pac blacked from XR&D.

The boat will come with a new BSC
