Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 86ft Dutch Barge for sale.

The boat is halfway through a refurbishment into three separate flats, two of which are complete in the bow and amidships. The engine room and wheelhouse is earmarked for a third separate self contained dwelling.

The barge was used during WWII and the evidence is writ large in the hull where the bullet holes still remain. After the war it was re-engined and converted into a liveaboard. It's not known how long it has been in the UK but it has the potential to be a fantastic liveaboard with its current plan for three flats or to be made into a single dwelling.

Currently moored in West London but this barge is not being sold with a mooring.
