Broker's Comments

****JUST ANTIFOULED AND FULLY CLEANED DOWN FOR THE NEW SEASON*** APRIL 2023. And a fresh 4 year Boat Safety Cert
Boatshed Norfolk are very pleased to offer a very tidy example of the popular, spacious and easy to manage Faircraft 33 Senator AC. These very roomy boats offer a large sociable aft cockpit with ample seating and a folding canopy and screen. She benefits from easy-access side decks from the wide swim platform via two steps up on each side, and has a large transom gate to the cockpit . The saloon is large and open-plan with seating that can convert to a double berth or remain as a nice "L" shaped and convivial saloon. Head room is very good throughout the boat's interior.
She boats a separate and good-sized forward double cabin making this boat very roomy for a couple or a comfortable family vessel.

The full length galley runs down the port side and is very well equipped with gas oven, hob, microwave and a large fridge with good worktops.

The boat is powered by a modern 36hp Nani diesel engine and starts and runs as she should and shifts into gear smoothly and quietly.

Additionally, she boasts Eberspacher warm air heating and an intelligent battery charger and inverter system (by mastervolt) to manage power from the batteries and allow 2500Watts of 240V while out. She also has full shore power support fitted to give even greater flexibility.

She has a fresh Boat safety certificate bein placed on her in may 2023 for 4 years. She a recent survey in 2021. She represents great value and a very well equipped vessel and is every inch a versatile boat for couples or a small family to get afloat and enjoy the Broads' rivers in comfort. Some minor cleaning of some of the headlining would, in my view, be worth doing. Also, some minor toe rail starring is also evident but is simple to have re gelled.
