Great condition throughout. A generous forehead berth with side access and plenty of storage with the mattress always remaining under a plastic cover. A small galley is to starboard, although slightly basic this does give a nice seperate area with the basics needed.
The saloon is very comfortable, capacity to convert the seating to a double berth but is currently just a single. The helm is next to the saloon with great visibility all around.

Broker's Comments
This is a great size boat that is ideal for a couple or small family. Benefitting from both bow and stern thruster and with a single 175hp Yanmar engine. The boat is in great condition throughout with just a good clean needed on the exterior.
The owner has done a good job of keeping on top of maintenance and keeping her in great condition. Unfortunately they cannot commit the time to keep looking after her.
Largely used on the River Orwell as well as the Solent, this is a very versatile boat. The flybridge is a good size and doesn’t stop you from enjoying the majority of the Norfolk Broads whilst also giving you great sea keeping performance.
