Broker's Comments

The Nicholson 35 has been featured in the journal of Worlds Best Sailboats and is considered by many to be the perfect Blue Water yacht for a cruising couple. Around 200 Nic 35's were built between 1971 and 1985, a huge number for the period, and they have a fine pedigree in both design ( Raymond Wall ) and build ( Camper & Nicholson ) . Surefooted thanks to their high ballast ratio and easily handled, with a powerful rig they can keep on going when lesser yachts are struggling or running for cover. They are yachts that will look after their crew and get them anywhere that they might wish to go. This example had a major refit in 2014.
